Job Description

Working in our Data and Operations Team you will be responsible for:

  • Learning operational process relating to our metering and Data Quality Activities
  • Liaise with third party internal departments and customers to develop a working knowledge of the energy industry
  • You'll be expected to take the initiative and rise to different challenges each day
  • You'll learn vast amounts about the way the energy industry works, but also how a modern, innovative company engages with its customers
  • You'll work in a fast paced, target focused environment constantly striving to ensure we're providing the best customer service
  • You'll resolve simple queries efficiently whilst spending the time to investigate and resolve harder, more complex ones which may influence change to process and customer journeys
  • As part of training you will complete a short 6 week period in Customer Support to help you build an understanding of customer needs and your energy knowledge base

• Salary - £20,000 - £22,500
