Job Description
- Managing a team of accountants to achieve timely reporting of financial information
- Support the Group finance team in the consolidation process
- Work closely with the wider finance team to support with JV reporting
- Lead year-end accounting
- Ensure VAT and compliance including CIS and NS are submitted
- Work closely with auditors for successful completion
- Work to continuously improve processes and controls
- Support the business in driving finance transformation and systems improvements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA, CA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification and experience leading a small team.
- The successful candidate will have experience managing the financial accounting and statutory accounts process in a large business as well as some exposure to group accounting.
- A continuous improvement mindset as well as the ability to learn and pick up new systems quickly.
