Financial Accountant
Full-time, Temporary
Job Description
- Prepare and review year-end financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee the company's financial accounting processes, including the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Manage the company's tax compliance obligations, including preparation and filing of tax returns
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting processes
- Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Chartered Accountant certification
- Five years of experience in financial accounting, including year-end financial statement preparation
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
