Our client, a fast growing property management company, currently have an exciting opportunity to hire an administrator to join their team.As an Administratoryou will enjoy a variety of tasks and be involved with client relationship management, property management and general office management. The ideal property manager/administrator also needs to be also keen on eventually becoming involved with business development. This includes researching for properties available for letting, identifying good opportunities, making proposals and negotiating deals with a view to winning the business on a long term basis. As an Administrator your main duties will be as follows:- * Building relationships with all existing clients and assisting them with any issues* Answering any questions in relation to clients current contract or the renewal of contracts * Creating adverts to post online when new properties become available* Replying to any queries received from interested parties, organise viewings and follow up with potential tenants after meetings* Assisting new tenants with the collection and approval of key documents and organising check ins.* Ensure that everything is up to standard when taking over a new property and searching online for any furniture/appliances/utilities which need to be purchased. * Opening new accounts with various service providers such as water, electricity and gas supplier and internet providers, and ensuring that all is running smoothly before new tenants move in. * Organising weekly cleaning appointments with the cleaner for all the properties. * Basic day-to-day management of the office * Dairy management of the Managing Director * Opening post and taking action, if required* Updating property list on daily basis and Inspection of new properties Key Skills and Experience: * Satisfaction in providing good customer service * Exceptional attention to detail with ability to follow directions accurately #Organisation skills * Ability to coordinate work flow * Reliable, dependable and flexible * Always self-motivated * Enthusiastic to learn and work on own initiative * Good communication skills - both written and spoken English * IT competency - good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook * Previous experience in office administration will be considered an asset* UK driving license ideal but not essential
