Your role will be to manage and develop the features on the roadmap for the company Salesforce org, as well as supporting and mentoring junior members of the team to deliver solutions to the business to help drive sales and efficiencies, Duties include:
Configuring, developing and supporting the company Salesforce org in line with best practices.
Being responsible for the continued enhancement of the current configuration and architectural design of the org.
Being pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system, or new tools or ways of working.
Supporting and mentoring Salesforce Administrators within the team, actively helping them progress in their career progression.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate experience of the Salesforce platform and configuration including workflows, assignment rules, validation rules, role hierarchy, profiles, sharing, Flow Builder and Process Builder.
