Job Description
  • Matching and posting purchase invoices to goods and services ordered
  • Creating sales invoices for works and goods provided
  • Reconciling and investigating discrepancies
  • Credit control management
  • Ensure statements and invoices are issued and safely received and reconciled with relevant stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Good working knowledge of both sales ledger and purchase ledger
  • Credit control experience
  • Good eye for detail, with a calm and methodical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience of Xero Accounting software or similar e.g. Sage, QuickBooks
