Job Description
  • Collating and entering all purchase invoices and credit notes
  •  Raising and resolving any purchase ledger queries
  •  Raising sales invoices and credit notes
  •  Dealing with account queries in a timely and accurate manner – order amendments etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  Proficient in using MS Office Applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
  •  Previous experience working in an Accounts role is essential
  •  AAT qualified or part-qualified highly beneficial
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  A keen eye for detail and good organizational skills
