Job Description
- Bank reconciliations for over 50 banks in multiple different currencies
- Revaluations
- Daily urgent payments: claims payments
- Manual payments bi-weekly invoices and commissions
- Download and Update exchange rates
- Reconciling and managing Petty cash
- Journals
- Posting bank transfers
- Updating cash flow projections
- Credit card statement uploads
- Producing all expenses reports for payment
- Downloading month-end bank balances
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good system skills Sun system desirable
- Experience dealing with a high volume of bank accounts
- Multi-currency and treasury experience are desirable
- Understanding debits and credits
- Preferred insurance cashiering experience
