For this position it is essential that candidates have experience dealing with importing products from outside and inside Europe. Although you will work with 3rd party agents, you must fully understand the process and have exceptional attention to detail. It would also be advantageous to have worked in a manufacturing setting.
A typical day will include:
* Dealing with import and export paperwork
* Filing all paperwork correctly 100% of the time
* Raising invoices
* Dealing with 3rd party agents
* Creating and distributing reports
* Liaising internally with the sales department
* Managing files and the document management systems
* Having exceptional attention to detail
* Liaising with accounts to ensure the payment of duties and invoices
