Job Description
- To ensure the smooth running finance operations team across with a view to optimizing working capital.
- Ensure appropriate cash flow modelling and subsequent management of banking relationship plus any associated debt facilities if required
- Ensure robust balance sheet controls processes in place as well as end to end process ownership of month-end trial balance creation
- Ensure control environment matures as policies and procedures are set up and rolled out to acquired companies
- Ensure all tax matters (whether employment, corporation, value-added, sales or otherwise) are dealt with and appropriately filed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The ideal candidate will be a technically strong qualified Accountant preferably ACA o ACCA with a number of years post qualified exposure.
- You will be commercially minded, possess strong leaderships skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
