Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements, variance analysis and other financial metrics.
Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practice.
Supporting the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
Providing financial support and guidance to other departments, including sales, marketing and operations.
Supporting business decision making by providing financial analysis on projects, investments and acquisitions.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors and tax authorities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate financial issues and opportunities.
Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and analysis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong IT skills, including experience with financial reporting software and Excel.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
