Job Description
- Production of monthly management accounts, including full commentary and analysis.
- Presentation of financial data to senior management team and managers.
- Support with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
- Run the trials balance and monitor ledger transactions to ensure compliance with agreed accounting principles.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end packs for presentation for audit purposes.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly cashflow statements.
- Manage and develop the finance team including setting objectives and training plans.
- Review and challenge current systems and processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience in managing staff is essential.
- ACCA/CIMA studiers/qualified or QBE candidates will be considered.
- Experience in working with an SME environment.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
