Acting as first point of contact for enquiries - via telephone and in person.
Maintaining the in-house database, ensuring all data is current and that clients are registered for correct modules.
Assisting with clients monthly payroll.
Preparation of "all client" communications via client marketing software.
Scanning of post that arrives at the office, sharing with clients when applicable.
Assist with other ad-hoc projects of a similar nature to those listed above.
Any other reasonable duties required

We are seeking someone with an engaging, unflappable personality, fast learner who has a positive approach to their work.
You will ideally have had experience within a similar position or perhaps may have work experience as part of an internship in line with your studies.
You will need an ability to use your own initiative, be highly analytical, with exceptional IT skills, adaptable personality, strong communication skills and have a natural ability to remain calm under pressure.
