Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register, accounting for depreciation, disposals.
Monitoring currency gain and loss each month including revaluation of the ledgers.
Assisting the department managers with the preparation of month end internal reporting pack
Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
Support in the preparation of monthly intrastate declarations, reports and VAT returns
Support with Treasury management including banking and credit line relationships and administration, working capital management, cash flow management and control
Posting of month end and year end journals
Assist in preparing the analysis for corporation tax,and other taxation calculations
Assist with general office and administrative duties to maintain a highly efficient department
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Part qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA or QBE
Experience of working in an Assistant Management or Financial Accountant role
Good and intermediate Excel skills
Good attention to detail and highly numerate
You will be available to start immediately as well as commit to a temporary contract for as long as needed, with a view to going permanent
