Job Description
- Own the strategic planning and financial reporting platform, including all administrative and maintenance activities related to the tools and other financial reports
- Take ownership of relationships with system providers.
- Work closely with the ensuring all data from the central system is accurate and manageable.
- Create, produce and manage the distribution of routine financial reports that provide insight and support decision making.
- This will involve working closely with and presenting to senior leaders and the Board of Directors.
- Develop any new reporting processes as appropriate, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Review cash flow, budgeting and perspective, working with the wider finance team.
- Continuously review the design and structure of the systems whilst proactively identifying opportunities for enhancements and areas of improvement.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support various strategic and commercial projects as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Extensive experience of implementing, administering, and maintaining systems and tools.
- Strong financial understanding is essential (i.e. cash flow models, budgeting, analysis etc…)
- Prior experience within a global, fast paced function would be beneficial.
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills are essential.
- Experience leading and developing a team would also be highly advantageous.
