Job Description

Key Duties

* Review monthly G&A cost tracker and update Infocore forecasts
* Maintain forecasts for subsea codes, hold meetings with PRE's and update trackers and infocore
* Support / co-ordinate the monthly cost forecast update in Infocore. Challenge forecasts to ensure forecasts and phasing is in line with Medium Term Asset Plans (MTAPs)
* Monitor accruals aging and maintain accurate and robust cost forecasts
* Hold monthly meetings to review month end figures with the PRE's, Field Manager and Finance Lead and explain any variance to plan/reforecast ensuring all queries are resolved
* Provide monthly variance commentary for Corporate reporting and bi-annual commentary supporting PRT returns
* Support the Business in the preparation and administration of internal and partner AFEs
* Support the compilation, preparation and modelling of the internal reforecasts, internal and partner budgets and internal Life of Field (LOF) plan (Opex and Capex)
* Deliver systems / process training in relation to Maximo, Infocore, SAP OpenText, FAL, ATT and other financial related systems and processes
* Support Finance Lead with the co-ordination of Joint Venture partner audits
* Develop in depth knowledge of SAP modules and processes
* Undertake any adhoc requests as required by the Finance Lead

Education Attainment & Accreditation
* Qualified accountant or experienced accountant with oil and gas industry experience in a financial/commercial environment

Professional Skills & Experience
* Experience in an oil and gas environment strongly preferred
* Strong aptitude for numbers and analysis combined with strong excel skills
* Strong PowerPoint and presenting skills
* Proven track record of working well in a fast-paced team environment
