The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
Shifts: 9:00am to 5:30pm
This is a Temp - Perm role. Temp hourly rate will be £8.72 - £9.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain and update stock management system
Produce packing lists – USA / Europe Shipments
Meet shipping timescales
Track Shipments
Supporting Warehouse personnel
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients as and when required
Liaise with manager to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience as an administrative assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Computer literate Excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
