Job Description
  • Take the lead in managing web expense and staff expense claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  •  Become the go-to person for employees, providing guidance and support on expense policies and procedures.
  •  Showcase your attention to detail by thoroughly reviewing and processing expense claims promptly.
  •  Build strong relationships with colleagues, providing exceptional service and resolving any queries promptly.
  •  Embrace the challenge of reviewing sales ledger activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  •  Analyze sales data, identifying trends and insights to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  •  Collaborate with the team to generate comprehensive sales reports and insightful analyses.
  •  Dive into the world of financial reconciliations, including funder accounts, profit and loss , and sales ledger  with a focus on hire purchase transactions.
  •  Strengthen your problem-solving skills by investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  •  Develop a deep understanding of the company's financial processes and systems.
  •  Take ownership of managing directors' expenditures, demonstrating your organisational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies while processing and reconciling directors' expense claims.
  •  Gain exposure to senior leadership and contribute to the smooth functioning of executive finance operations.
