Job Description
  • Planning and management of local and consolidated 
  • Monthly turnover planning, invoicing and reporting
  • Project-Controlling for Delivery Projects
  • Service-Controlling for Maintenance Contracts
  • Creation of monthly and annual accounts
  • Commercial contract management
  • Invoicing and Dunning letters
  • Management of general company costs
  • Supporting with banking, pension, cash management, expenses
  • Adhering Compliance at all times
  • Bookkeeping

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ACCA or CIMA qualification or part qualification
  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Previous experience in preparing monthly accounts for external accountants
  • Can do attitude with a willingness to get involved in all areas of the business
  • Proactive and accountable nature
  • Previous exposure to  type business, ideally within Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics or similar industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and numerical skills
