Job Description

THE JOB

  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Assist with providing pricing/enquiry handling
  • Log quotations on the centralised system
  • Deal with orders and reports appropriately and efficiently
  • Admin support relating to logistics and manufacture.
  • Control delivery information and contribute to efficient production planning by providing accurate and timely forecast information
  • To assist with the control of stock
  • Booking in and out materials from departments and operating a stock check procedure

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Competent English, maths & IT skills Excellent interpersonal skills Good communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Very effective organisational skills
