Job Description

• Working with external tax advisors to ensure tax compliance for all group companies and branches globally
•  Half year UK Corporate Tax evaluation
•  Half year deferred tax estimates for inclusion in Interim reporting
•  Preparation of monthly VAT returns for the UK Group
•  Preparation of current and deferred tax working papers and disclosure notes
• Monthly reconciliation of intercompany including resolving unreconciled amounts with counterparties
•  Regular monitoring of intercompany to ensure that aged balances are settled and transfer pricing agreements in place
•  Assisting with embedding the new Treasury policy throughout the group
•  Tracking cash reserves and coordinating intercompany sweeps
•  Preparation of other balance sheet reconciliations for  legal entity
•  Drafting of technical accounting memos
•  Group Finance project work
