Job Description
- Provide full assistance at a senior level to our Managing Partner and other Partners of the practice on a diverse portfolio
- Lead and undertake due diligence assignments for clients and financial institutions and undertake business valuations, for commercial and tax purposes
- Assist with the preparation of financial presentations, including pitch books, transaction memorandums, and other client and target facing materials
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support various corporate finance transactions, debt and equity offerings, and other strategic transactions
- Conduct industry and market research to support transaction execution and business development efforts
- Collaborate with senior team members to execute transactions including due diligence, negotiation, and deal structuring
- Interact with clients and external advisors, including investment bankers, lawyer’s and accountants, to execute transactions
- Participate in internal and external meetings to provide analytical support and present findings to clients and stakeholders
- Support other corporate finance activities, including business valuations, capital structure analysis, and strategic planning
- Responsible for assisting in the firms internal activities.
- Conducting financial analysis and modelling to evaluate the financial performance and position of the target company or the client’s business
- • Preparing financial due diligence reports to assess the risks and opportunities associated with the transaction, including the review of historical financial statements, projections, and other relevant financial data
- Performing industry research and benchmarking to support the valuation and negotiation of the transaction
- Exposure to a broad range of clients across many industry sectors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACCA / ACA qualified
- Practice background with at least two years post qualification corporate finance experience
- Strong self-starter
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client management skills
