Job Description
- Ensure statutory and tax deadlines are met among the group is multiple jurisdictions.
- Analyze financial statements, review income and costs relative to goals; take corrective action as necessary.
- Plan, develop and approve specific operational policies, programs, procedures and methods in line with general policies.
- Develop, maintain and administer a sound organizational plan; initiates continuous improvement of working practices
- Perform due diligence, research foreign tax obligations, withholding tax exposure, regulatory and statutory compliance, networking with local experts.
- Perform other duties as required by directors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent CCAB)
- Strong technical statutory knowledge
- Working with multinational operations, Europe, USA (Preferable not essential)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
