Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure deliveries are sent by the agreed timeframes
Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management of all levels of business
Support in the management and control of logistics service provider’s performance, KPI’s, development and continual improvements, ensuring goods in and out are managed correctly
Looking at continuous improvement, simplifying processes and operations to maximise efficiencies
Working closely with couriers and warehouse teams, issuing picking lists and other documentation as required
Support the delivery of the department strategy as required
Help pack ecommerce clients products efficiently
Support warehouse function when required
