Job Description
- You will design and deliver a programmer of SOX testing
- Lead the annual SOX certification campaign and diaries the timetable
- Support Internal teams where required for financial controls when changes arise across the Bank
- Review and develop the SOX controls including financial statement, etc
- Work with the Audit and Operational team to ensure any control gaps identified and remediated.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A Qualified Accountant ( ICAEW, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven Management experience of running and team and workloads
- Strong SOX and Controls background (could be either external or internal audit)
- A clear communicator, both written and verbal, able to build relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop a team
