Job Description
- Maintenance of stock records with accuracy, completeness
- Conduct monthly closing checks and controls.
- Manage and maintain different stock applications
- Reconciliations between ledgers and systems.
- Investigate anomalies and problem solving.
- Production of reports and insightful analysis.
- Manage and lead stocktakes.
- Liaising with production teams
- Seek to constantly improve financial procedures, policies and systems.
- Participation in ad-hoc projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A Part Qualified Accountant with a minimum of five years in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Communication: Strong and effective presentation skills and ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills: Ability to priorities tasks and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines.
