Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified accounting technician - AAT level 4 or part qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA.
At least three years comparable experience within a medium or large organisation (ideally within an education or charity environment but not essential).
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
Hands on experience using accounting software packages (Sage50 would be advantageous).
Ability to work independently and flexibly and determine appropriate priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral – with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
Strong analytical skills.
