- Providing full financial due diligence on investment opportunities
- Ownership of board pack generation in depth variance analysis
- Fully integrating newly acquired businesses software, personnel, and culture
- Signing off month end processes
- MI reporting to board and investors
- Overseeing a systems implementation
- Working closely with other ad-hoc tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACA Qualified Accountant
- Comfortable engaging C-Level individuals
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Willing to learn
- Comfortable in a high growth environment
