Job Description
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Preparation of quarterly and semi-annual financial statements for investor reporting
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of audit packs and working with external auditors to ensure timely sign-off
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly VAT returns (including knowledge of partial exemption)
- Investor capital calls, distributions and issue of contract notes
- Property development drawdowns on forward funding contracts
- Debt compliance assistance
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Treasury reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualified
- Strong double entry experience and knowledge - able to demonstrate a previous background in bookkeeping and accounts
- Consider yourself a team player and be willing to learn
- Experience with accounting software such as yardi, bluebox or similar would be advantageous but not an essential
