Job Description
  • Bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation
  • Process sales and purchase invoices
  • Credit control
  • Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Month end routines
  • Process expenses and  credit card transactions
  • Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments
  • Completion of VAT Returns via Xero
  • Process Staff Expenses (Not Payroll as this is outsourced)
  • Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • XERO Accounts experience is required.
