Job Description
  •  Management of Accounts Payable ledger on Xero
  •  Matching, batching and coding of purchase invoices
  •  Management of accounts receivable process including raising and chasing of sales invoices
  •  Various bank reconciliations (company has various revenue streams)
  •  Processing of employee expenses include correct VAT coding
  • Full responsibility of VAT returns
  •  Maintenance of fixed asset register
  •  Journal entries
  •  Ad hoc admin as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Candidates MUST have experience of Xero invoicing software
  • Experience with VAT returns in a SME environment is also required
  • Bank reconciliations experience is considered highly advantageous
  • Any finance experience in the hospitality sector is also highly valued
