Job Description
  • Managing Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Reconciling expenses for all staff
  • Reconciling invoices with bank statements
  • Updating bank statements weekly
  • Ensure financial records are kept up to date and accurate
  • Assisting with audit requirement - half year and yearly
  • Adding journals in the system for interests  accruals

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will have experience using Excel and Xero, but other accounting software will be considered as extensive training will be provided.
  • You will have excellent communication skills as well as enjoy working in a tight-knit team.
