Job Description
  • To process and pay all actions associated with the purchase ledger
  • Income reconciliations between general ledger and internal systems. To identify, investigate and rectify any differences.
  • To process and pay all actions associated with staff and Expenses ledger
  • To process and reconcile bank payments and receipts , and reconciliation of uploads
  • Monthly analysis of financial transactions as required
  • All processes associated with the Sales Ledger
  • Cheques are processed and banked on day of receipt
  • To reconcile the unclaimed income report , regular chasing on unclaimed income with revenue processing team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The successful candidate will be looking to start a career in finance.
  • Ideally you will have strong attention to detail, be computer literate and a confident telephone manner.
  • Experience in an administrative role would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Strong GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are required.
