Job Description
- Chasing overdue debts by telephone
- Liaising with clients and legal advisors
- Posting confirmed payments
- Raising, chasing and concluding queries
- Developing key client relationships
- Producing client reports
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, targeted credit control , debt collection environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear command of the English Language, both written and orally
- A keen desire to quickly learn and develop
- Enthusiasm for a challenge
