Job Description
- Maintain accurate electronic filing of supplier invoices
- Managing inboxes
- Responding to queries
- Entering invoices and expense claims to the relevant purchase ledger
- Provide support to other cashiers in the team
- Open new supplier accounts
- Reconcile supplier statements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Immediate availability or on a one-week notice period
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional services accounts payable experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility depending on workload
