Job Description
  • Overseeing invoicing and credit control processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  •  Handling banking activities and maintaining banking relationships.
  •  Performing bookkeeping and account management tasks, including vat returns.
  •  Taking charge of payroll and commission calculations.
  •  Preparing management accounts, conduct forecasting.
  •  Managing supplier contracts and negotiations to optimize financial outcomes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential for effectively analyzing and presenting financial data, as is a familiarity with SAGE 50, particularly with experience .
  • You should have the ability to lead and inspire a small team of 1-2 staff members, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
