So as the HR Manager what will you need to have ?
* CIPD Level 5 as a minimum, ideally level 7.
* Employee relations - manage absence, disciplinaries, grievances.
* Identify areas that require improvement and develop action plans to address.
* Performance Management - coach managers on performance management issues and processes. Actively promote two-way feedback between employees and managers. Monitor and drive completion of formal performance activities.
* HR Reporting - complete routine and ad-hoc reporting requirements. HR system administrator.
* Manage effective delivery of recruitment from liaising with agencies, through to interviewing for all senior level appointments.
* Liaise with the outsourced payroll company and check and authorise the payroll on a monthly basis.
* Policy & procedures - develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes, in alignment with European and Global practices. Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to policies and legislation.
* You will need to work closely with the Technical and Quality Managers from an audit perspective and lead control on Ethical Standards.
* Learning & Development - providing guidance on development for managers and their teams. Implement European initiatives to the sites and central functions.
* Working with managers to provide coaching and advice on all people issues.
* Managing priorities between casework and projects.
