Job Description
  • Raising and sending client invoices
  • Weekly Payroll
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Providing proof of payment upon request
  • Credit Control for owned clients
  • Email inbox maintenance
  • Daily cash receipting
  • Inter account transfers
  • Scanning and filing
  • Bank reconciliations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good Excel and Word skills
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Experience of Payroll and CIS would be ideal
