Job Description
  • Day to day office supervision of the office, supporting the team with any queries
  • Directly managing a small team of staff to ensure customer service levels are outstanding - including performance management and reviews
  • Generating system reports to monitor service levels and offering recommendations/training on improvement
  • Dealing with escalated customer queries, following company practices
  • Managing internal HR administrative tasks, liaising with department managers on issues and also external HR support
  • Arranging regular team training to upskill on existing product sales but also new products as they are developed/introduced to the business
  • Looking after key business accounts ensuring good customer service
  • Preparing documents for new business tenders, liaising with directors to compile correct information
  • Assisting with event organisation both internal and external
  • Reporting on customer service/sales progress weekly, monthly and annually
  • Identifying and improving both systems, processes and upgrading any office equipment/contracts
  • Assisting department managers and Directors prepare various reports and audit documents
  • Ad hoc internal projects to assist the Directors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working in a similar role Commercially minded & forward-thinking to assist Directors with business growth Staff management experience highly desirable Experience working in a fast-paced, growing business and being adaptable in your role Professional, presentable and keen to progress your career
