Day to day office supervision of the office, supporting the team with any queries
Directly managing a small team of staff to ensure customer service levels are outstanding - including performance management and reviews
Generating system reports to monitor service levels and offering recommendations/training on improvement
Dealing with escalated customer queries, following company practices
Managing internal HR administrative tasks, liaising with department managers on issues and also external HR support
Arranging regular team training to upskill on existing product sales but also new products as they are developed/introduced to the business
Looking after key business accounts ensuring good customer service
Preparing documents for new business tenders, liaising with directors to compile correct information
Assisting with event organisation both internal and external
Reporting on customer service/sales progress weekly, monthly and annually
Identifying and improving both systems, processes and upgrading any office equipment/contracts
Assisting department managers and Directors prepare various reports and audit documents
Ad hoc internal projects to assist the Directors
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
