Job Description

As an administrator you will provide effective support within the business to ensure that the internal business support services run smoothly. You will report to the Finance & Operations manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General admin support to the Finance & Operations manager and the members of the management team.
  • Back-office administration support.
  • Team travel bookings including accommodation.
  • Management of the client and project database.
  • Support to HR (for example administrative aspects of employee onboarding).
  • Support to Finance (for example monthly credit card reconciliation).
  • Support to production of internal reports (for example monthly balanced score card).
  • Management and tracking of incoming enquiries.
  • Maintenance of equipment inventory (laptops, phones, home working equipment).
  • Maintenance of company online filing system.
  • Taking care of your own learning and personal development.
  • Taking active interest in learning about internal business operations.
  • Understanding and living Baxendale values.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • You have previous administration experience of at least two years in a similar role.
