Job Description
- Production of management reporting and management team, financial institutions, and investors.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial covenants to ensure compliance.
- Preparation of accounting memoranda for complex transactions, including the accounting implications
- Preparation of quarterly and annual group financial statements, reporting and preparation of accounting memos for non-routine commercial transactions.
- Budgeting and forecasting across the Group.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as may be required by the Head of Finance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Financial Accounting
- Financial Reporting
- Management Accounts
- Group Financial Reporting
- ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualified
- Educated to degree level
- Personal drive to succeed and an ability to priorities tasks effectively so as to meet the goals of the finance department within agreed deadlines;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to review own work;
