Job Description
  • Day to day management of the sales and purchase ledgers on Sage 200
  • Opening and amending customer and supplier accounts
  • Processing supplier invoice, reconciling supplier statements and paying suppliers
  • Credit checking and chasing customers for payment
  • Applications for Payment – sub-contract sales orders
  • Submitting sales invoices on customers portals
  • CIS – Checking suppliers CIS status, keeping records of payments under CIS, making. deductions, submitting returns to HMRC
  • Managing company bank accounts along with bank reconciliation
  • Expense management
  • Management of leased vehicles
  • Support the month end close

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Five  years experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience of Sage 200
  • Understanding of CIS
