I'm looking for an experienced Administrator who has an understanding of the billing process.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all invoices are issued to customers in a timely and accurate manner. Your main duties will include but not be restricted to:
Maintaining and Updating records in our core billing database
Data Entry of meter reading
Keying Contracts
Onboarding Customers
Customer Interaction
Looking after cancellations, updates, changes
Respond to internal and external customer enquiries in a courteous professional manner
Supporting the billing and collections team
Mailbox communications
General Administration
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous billing or/and utilities experience is desired for this role but not essential. The right candidate must have good knowledge of Excel and a proven ability to produce effective work within the deadlines. Someone who is proactive, diligent and can take ownership of their daily tasks.
