Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense management
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in the management recharging process
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, to deal with enquiries, resolving any issues
- Identify areas for process improvement and take the lead in implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – demonstrated exposure to effective collaboration across teams and a positive attitude to change
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- A keen interest in the media
