Job Description
  • Process payments, invoices, income, and receipts, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining physical records.
  • Perform reconciliations of rent ledgers, purchase ledger, and bank statements.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
  • Assist the annual budget preparation.
  • Support the  preparing Annual Financial Statements.
  • Aid the  maintaining risk and asset management registers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experienced accountant with a preference for  Ledger software.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and consistently delivers accurate and timely results.
  • Previous experience in property industry accounting, including rental properties and development accounting.
  • Proficient in Excel and possesses strong communication skills.
