Job Description
  • Process supplier payments accurately
  • Raise sales invoices and credit notes
  • Process customer receipts accurately and promptly
  • Raise purchase orders as requested
  • Submit online monthly VAT returns
  • Send payroll information to accountants, process employees' payments and raise journals
  • Export administration, including preparing Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists and arranging dispatch
  • Preparation of quarterly management accounts, including prepayments, accruals and calculating depreciation
  • Preparation for year-end accounts, including detailed supporting schedules

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
  • Organized
  • Knowledgeable in everyday accounting practices
  • Experience with accounting systems, including Sage and Excel
