Assisting partners and teams with day to day accounting queries
Handling the firm’s financial records in accordance with regulations
Posting both client and office account transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Processing of supplier invoices and staff expenses
Dealing with banking and assisting with online bank transfer receipts and payments
Handling client and deposit account transfers and reconciliations
Assisting with month end procedures and reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role would suit an Experienced Accounts Assistant , ideally with experience of the Legal sector or an entry level person keen to start a career within this field.
You will be flexible and able to priorities and adapt to changing workloads , you will have excellent communication skills and be highly IT competent
