Job Description
  • Monthly bank reconciliation and cash reporting for investment holding companies
  • Investment administration and transaction support
  • Coordinating background checks on investors for review by compliance
  • Companies house and secretarial filings
  • Submission of expense claims
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Collate board materials for investment board meetings along with minute taking
  • File corporate documentation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bookkeeping experience and academic background
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a varied set of tasks and complete these to tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
