Job Description
  • Bank reconciliations and Bank payments
  • Assist in producing weekly, monthly and  annual reports using company system.
  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Manage Credit control
  • General office manager and administration tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Administrative Duties
  • Bookkeeping
  • Credit Control
  • Invoicing
  • Two or one years’ experience in Bookkeeping
  • Understanding and knowledge of Bookkeeping packages. 
  • Excellent Excel skills - data analysis techniques
  • Good written and verbal English.
