You will be responsible for Billing, setting up new clients, dealing with client queries, issuing statements, Credit Control, posting and allocation of receipts, preparation of monthly income recognition, maintaining the job revenue tracker for multiple business entities, weekly job update meetings with the Project Managers, weekly reporting on sales, margin and pipeline as well as project profitability, assisting with job cost reconciliations and investigation of variances.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role will suit someone with previous experience working in Sales Ledger (including Billing), who is keen to broaden their skillset in a more varied Accounting role.
You will be ambitious and determined to succeed with a desire to learn and grow your skillset and add value to the team.
